In 2001, a 1.3 million square-foot shopping mall, the Chandler Fashion Center, opened in Chandler.
Computer chip manufacturer Intel has a major presence in Chandler with four locations within the city.
Chandler is noted for its annual Ostrich Festival.
Chandler has reached its physical limits save for some remaining county islands and cannot expand outward anymore due to being bound in by the Gila River Indian Community, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, and Phoenix.

I have a coupon book and an MBA. Both are extremely valuable.
I’ve worked more than a decade in Corporate America and have waited tables to pay for college. I like to shop at Nordstrom’s, but only twice-a-year during their bi-annual sales. I spend too much on my tires because I love my kids and don’t spend much on name brand jeans just because ‘they’re in’. I believe in making commitments and keeping them and balancing my checkbook to the nearest dollar.
I’ve also found that hiring a house cleaner is the key to a happy marriage.
After getting our kids to the point where they mostly leave the house for at least some of the day… I decided to fill my time with helping people find the right mortgage solutions for their home-financing needs.

I want to throw my hat in the ring as the team member with the best follow up skills! I met Tammy when we were 11 playing little league baseball and it wasn’t until we were 18 that I got her to “go out” with me for the first time. So be sure to vote her as the the most “tolerant” one on the team.
During my 20’s I spent enough time in school to learn about the ins-and-outs of high finance. A couple of degrees later, while many of my friends went to work on Wall Street, I took a right turn and went to work on Main Street. I really didn’t like figuring out discounted cash flows, calculating the weighted average cost of capital or calculating beta for a particular stock anyway — and when I was introduced to the world of mortgage finance by a friend of mine… it stuck!
